Black magic is the shadow opposite of white. It must not be confused with ordinary darkness or with fear, because it is conscious use of energy for selfish goals. Black magic often serves for controlling or damaging others. Whoever walks the path of black magic stops trusting the natural flow of life and tries to forcibly bend it according to his own ideas. Such rituals may bring quick effect, but in the first place they damage our karma. Its karmic consequences are destructive and unclean.

For a moment its warm flames may heat, but if we do not keep its dark fire under control, in the end it engulfs also the one who lit it.

Yes, because of its faster effect I often encounter questions about black magic. But I would never recommend anyone to follow its dark goals and paths. Black magic is the opposite of what we should strive for in life. It is a reflection of our fear, our worries, anxieties, anger and feeling of insufficiency. It reflects nothing good and it does not create anything living and nourishing. It is not the path to the result we desire, even if at first sight it may seem beneficial. The truth however is that harming others never creates good karmic response.

Natural Magic: The Power of Earth and Elements

Natural magic is the oldest form of spirituality, which is present in every moment of life, when we breathe, walk and perceive the world around us. It is neither white, nor black. It is a neutral energy that reflects the very essence of nature. When we light a candle and perceive its flame, when we plant a plant or gather herbs, when we feel the wind on the skin or stand under the starry sky, all this is the touch of natural magic. Its strength comes from the cycles of Earth, from the phases of the Moon, from the sun and from all elements.

To connect with natural magic we do not need big words nor complicated rituals, it is enough openness and the ability to feel. Natural magic teaches us that everything has its time. It tells us that just as day follows night, also pain follows joy, and that the greatest spell is the very being.

The difference between these three paths therefore does not lie only in the techniques we use, but mainly in the intention. White magic is a conscious decision that good in our life should develop and grow. It is the path of compassion, love and protection. Black magic is on the contrary a great temptation. It leads toward control and gaining benefit without regard to consequences. It is the path of ego, which does not want to respect boundaries. Natural magic is the breath of Earth itself. Therefore I like to work with it also in harmony with white magic. The natural path does not deal with whether it goes by a good or bad path. It simply exists. Nature is content when its pulse is in balance.

Magic, Intention and Karma

When thinking about the forms of magic remember that everything we send out, returns. Therefore if our intention is love, love comes. If our intention is respect, respect returns. Magic is nothing else than amplification of our thoughts, feelings and desires. Therefore it is important that they are pure, true and in harmony with our heart.
